• Booking details, if you go ahead: the names, dates of birth, passport details and other information that airlines, hotels, insurers or embassies require for a ticket, booking, policy or visa.

This website does not use advertising or analytics trackers, and it does not load content from other websites while you browse it.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, make and manage the bookings you ask for, and contact you about your trip. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing you have not asked for.

• Hotels, tour operators and vehicle providers, for the services you book.
• Insurers, when you buy travel insurance through us.
• Embassies and visa offices, when we help with a visa application.
• Our form processor: when the quote form on this website goes live, the details you submit will pass through a third-party form service, which delivers them to us by email.

We may also disclose information where the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as we need them to look after your trip, and afterwards for as long as accounting and legal obligations require.
