Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you use nepalairtravel.com or arrange travel with Tulip Creation Travels & Tours ("we", "us"), 1079 Lazimpat, Kathmandu, Nepal. By requesting a quote or making a booking with us, you agree to them.

Our role

We are a travel agency. We arrange flights, tours, hotels, travel insurance, vehicles and visa applications on your behalf with the airlines, hotels, insurers, transport providers and authorities that actually supply those services. Each supplier's own terms, such as an airline's fare rules and conditions of carriage, also apply to your booking.

Quotes

A quote is an estimate based on the fares and availability at the time we prepare it. Airline fares change often, and seats sell out. A price is confirmed only once your booking is made and your ticket is issued. Sending us a quote request does not create a booking or any obligation to pay.

Bookings and payment

Before we book, we will confirm the price, the travellers' names and the travel details with you. Please check that names match each traveller's passport exactly, since airlines may refuse or charge to correct a ticket that does not match. Payment is due as agreed with us when you book, and a booking may not be held without it.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Changes and cancellations follow the rules of the airline, hotel or other supplier, which may charge fees or make a fare non-refundable. Where a refund is due, it is paid once we receive it from the supplier, and may be reduced by the supplier's charges and our service fee, which we will tell you about in advance.

Visas and travel documents

You are responsible for holding a valid passport and the visas, permits and health documents your journey requires. We can help prepare visa applications, but the decision to grant a visa rests with the embassy or authority concerned, and we cannot guarantee the outcome or the time it takes.

Travel insurance

Insurance policies are provided by the insurer, on the insurer's terms. Please read the policy wording to understand what it covers.

Liability

We take care in arranging your travel, but we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of airlines, hotels, transport providers or other suppliers, or for delays, cancellations or losses caused by weather, strikes, government action or other events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law of Nepal.

We try to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general guidance. Prices and availability are confirmed only through a quote or booking.
